But, the secret charm of this dishes belongs to "Mắm tôm"
It is one unique sauce. Very hard to make one perfect bowl of Mắm tôm.
Noodle and fried tofu are sold at the food stores and vendors in the street. But, I suppose that you shouldn't try this meal at vendors in the streets, it is not clean and safe. Please ask your tour guide take you to Phất Lộc alley or Mẹt Quán.
